LEGO® Serious Play® ?
LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) is a tool that inspires thinking through "learning by playing." Our proficient trainers utilize unique coaching and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) skills to guide students in addressing problems. This approach helps them express their inner thoughts using building blocks, enabling a better understanding of their own “Mental Attitudes”, “States” and “Behaviors”.
Through PIO courses
By creating unique LEGO® works, students not only unleash their creativity and potential but also reflect on their projects, enhancing their insight and expressiveness when presenting and describing their creations to one another. In teamwork, students use building blocks to construct larger scenes, which helps strengthen communication skills and cooperation, fosters an understanding of individual and team needs, and develops leadership abilities.
